Hi, I'm Sofia, and I recently completed the 5-day challenge 'Say No to Your Energy Drainers' with Monika Lejman. I just wanted to stop by and say hi and recommend the challenge. It's free, and you can take it at your own pace. Monika has a wealth of knowledge and personal experience that she's willing to share with us to help us recognize what our own personal energy drainers may be and give us some tools to help us tackle them. This way, we can become more successful in reaching those goals that we're trying to achieve. So yeah, it's a challenge that we should take. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs it. Thank you again to Monika for sharing with us. So thanks, bye.

"How to Say No to Your Energy Drainers" I can only say it was an amazing challenge and an eye-opening challenge. Going through all those little tasks actually makes you dig deep into your own soul, into your own life, and find the root of the problem. Once you find the root of the problem, you can actually plan how to heal, how to grow from it, and therefore, learn how to say no to what drains your energy. Be your own happy self. Amazing!

Hi Monika, thank you so much for having that amazing challenge for 5 days. I really had a great time, and I learned a lot about you, myself, and other people. It was just amazing, I can tell you. I really learned a lot about your background, my background, and it was just the most amazing experience. I hope to have a lot more of that with you and a good friendship with you. I know you've been ready for a long time via Zoom and other videos, and dancing with you in Zumba—I really had a good time. So, thank you so much for inviting me to the challenge, and I hope that we can do another one soon. Okay, take care. Bye!

Sophie Andersson ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Hello, everybody! I'm Sophie Anderson, and I just finished my one-hour coaching session with Monika Lejman, and it was amazing. Monika is amazing, and I want to thank her so much. She asked me the right questions, and I answered as best as I could. For me, saying 'no' has been challenging, like it is for many of us. I don't want to upset people, and I have a lot of patience. However, it's become draining for me, especially living in two countries. I'm trying to be in both, but it's not sustainable in the long term. My 'yes' is that I will be better at being straightforward with people, telling them what I want, how I will do it, and where I will be. I need to focus 100% on where I am right here and right now. Currently, I'm constantly bombarded with questions about when I'll be in each country, and it's become overwhelming. Talking with Monika made me realize that I need to do something about it. She helped me to understand what's draining me. Now, I'm determined to be more straightforward with people, and I recently told them that I won't be back in two months. It's a small thing, but it felt so good, and it will be a big issue for me in the long term. I've been stressed about it, trying to swallow it, but talking to Monika brought everything to the surface. I'm so happy and grateful. Thank you so much, Monika! I hope to see you soon again, and I wish everybody a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, and a great 2024. Keep our thumbs up! Big hug, bye-bye!

Hi, everyone! My name is Bente, and I recently had a one-hour coaching session with Monika. I've known Monika from the Zumba world, and she's a very lovely person, easy to talk to. During the session, my focus was on being better at saying 'yes' to myself and 'no' to people who wanted my time and passion, not respecting my priorities. Monika and I did some role play where she asked me several times to show her how I would say 'no' when people asked for my time, whether for volunteer work or other things. Through this, I realized that the way I was saying 'no' always left an opening for them to keep pushing me to say 'yes.' I was probably being too polite and always leaving an option for me to give them a little bit of my time, even when I didn't want to. I've been through a challenging time with work and a divorce, and I've decided that I want to prioritize myself and the things that make me happy. I'm pretty much aware of what those things are; now, I just need to learn how to choose them and say 'no' to other things. This could be, for example, volunteer work, friends who want me to go out, or kids who want me to do their stuff instead of prioritizing myself. Monika provided me with tools on how to do this in a better way. It's always a balance, but with Monika, I feel like I've gained some tools on how to navigate this and be more true to myself — saying 'yes' to me and 'no' to others. I'm really happy with the results I gained from just one hour of talking with Monika. It's been a great experience, and I look forward to using the tools I've gained. Thank you, Monika!

The "Double Your Energy and Motivation" channel challenge was a really great experience. I loved it a lot because Monica explains things in a very simple way. She gives actionable steps that you can implement easily into your daily life, even if you're very busy. The fact that we committed to a daily practice, I found it very good too. And above all, I have really appreciated the positive and motivating energy that she brings to this challenge. You really have the feeling that you have all it takes to make changes in your life, to be in a more positive energy, to have more energy, and to find your motivation. Thank you so much, Monica, and very good job on this. Bye!

Hi everyone, Maggie here. I just wanted to drop a short video to review my experience with the Time Management Challenge. I've known Monica for a longer time, and even though we don't see each other very often, I've been following her. First of all, let me say, as I said to her, I'm so proud of you. I really love your content and love the Time Management Challenge. While the concepts weren't all new to me, Monica was able to put them together in a great way, helping me understand how time management can help steer my life in the right direction. It's just a starting point for many more things, more details to come with Monica, but it gave me an additional push to take care of tasks and approach them differently. It also made me reflect on the time aspect and the things behind it. I'm continuing to work on some issues and problems caused by time management, and I'm really happy to have these tools put together in this beautiful way, allowing me to continue working on myself. Dear Monica, thank you so much. I wish you all the best. The sky is the limit. Your empathetic way and your service are very important to many people. If you haven't taken the Time Management Challenge, please think about it, give it a try, stay open, and become the best person you can because you're worth it. All the best for me. I'll talk to you soon.
