And here you thought I’m going to give you the top 3 most effective tips to start taking action and finally achieve what you want in life, really? Well, I’m not gonna blame you, you just read the title, but before you run away, let me tell you something… 😏


Most of us can be very productive, especially in the things we like, and to understand why we procrastinate, we need to understand how our habits are being formed (which we will discuss tomorrow). 💪


For now, let’s just put in mind that just taking action and learning self-discipline will not help in most cases because, in most cases, you need to understand the root cause of procrastination, and if you do, then Bravo! You are a step away from being as active as you can be! 👍
