Social media, smartphones, and procrastination: a dangerous trio.

Do you ever wonder how social media and smartphones affect your life? 🤔 You're in the right place. But first, the irony is that you might be reading this while scrolling through your social media. 🤦♀️ So, how about taking a break and reading something valuable? 😌
We all know what procrastination is - delaying tasks for various reasons. But how does your smartphone contribute to it? It's simple - when you want to procrastinate, you usually want to focus on something else, and most of us consider social media as important. 📱
I mean, how can you forget about your 350 followers on Instagram? 😜 And let's not even talk about the enormous number of friends on Facebook that some of us have. 😳 So, how can we fight against it? (Oops, forgot about that cute cat video on TikTok). 🙈
The solution is simple: I don't open my social media on my phone except on weekends, and even though my work requires me to be on these platforms, I haven't missed anything (sorry, Mom, for not commenting on your yoga pic last Monday). 😅
Now, it doesn't mean you have to do the same, but set a limit for yourself - one hour per day for social media. You might find life boring without your smartphone, but after a few days, you'll notice how beautiful it can be. 🌞
