Do you ever wonder how social media and smartphones affect your life? ๐Ÿค” You're in the right place. But first, the irony is that you might be reading this while scrolling through your social media. ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ So, how about taking a break and reading something valuable? ๐Ÿ˜Œ


We all know what procrastination is - delaying tasks for various reasons. But how does your smartphone contribute to it? It's simple - when you want to procrastinate, you usually want to focus on something else, and most of us consider social media as important. ๐Ÿ“ฑ


I mean, how can you forget about your 350 followers on Instagram? ๐Ÿ˜œ And let's not even talk about the enormous number of friends on Facebook that some of us have. ๐Ÿ˜ณ So, how can we fight against it? (Oops, forgot about that cute cat video on TikTok). ๐Ÿ™ˆ


The solution is simple: I don't open my social media on my phone except on weekends, and even though my work requires me to be on these platforms, I haven't missed anything (sorry, Mom, for not commenting on your yoga pic last Monday). ๐Ÿ˜…


Now, it doesn't mean you have to do the same, but set a limit for yourself - one hour per day for social media. You might find life boring without your smartphone, but after a few days, you'll notice how beautiful it can be. ๐ŸŒž
