The Power of Visualization & Imagination

"My thoughts emit energy into the Universe" - Nicola Tesla "Logic will take you from A to B. Imagination is infinite." - Albert Einstein Genius thinkers and inventors like Nicola Tesla, Leonardo da Vinci, and Albert Einstein all used their creative imagination and purposely used visualization as a main component in their theories and inventions.

It is rumored that Mozart composed his first complete composition in his mind, at the age of five, before playing it flawlessly. By visualizing you condition your subconscious mind to act upon what you imagine in your minds eye. As you know by now, our subconscious mind is unable to tell the difference between a real experience and something that you imagine. Many people say, “I can´t visualize.” If this were true, then we wouldn´t be able to think thoughts. All thoughts have visual ingredients in them. We can all visualize, because the art of visualizing is more than just seeing.

In a visualization, there is also: sound, bodily sensation, emotion, taste, and smell.

You see. You can visualize. You do it in your own way. There is no right or wrong way to do it. How you do it, is the right way for you. Dedication, Patience & Practice Creative visualization takes dedication and regular practice to manifest results. Cultivate a burning desire and commitment to attain your goal, and KNOW that by imagining your goals every day, it will be manifested in some way, shape or form. Utilize The Power of The Subconscious Mind In a meditative state, our subconscious mind is like a sponge, absorbing every thought as truth. However, you do not need to meditate to utilize this potential. Right after we wake up in the morning (the first 20 minutes), we are in a hypnotic, meditative state. Our brain waves are in theta or alpha mode.

This is the ultimate state to do personal growth rituals like visualizing, writing your goals, gratitude journaling, and repeating affirmations. What we focus on the last 30 minutes before we go to bed at night is what our subconscious mind will focus on during our sleep.

Your Emotions Are The Most Crucial Factor To visualize without any emotion will not get you closer to your goals. Your emotions is the attracting magnetic power. It is not the visual pictures, sounds and sensations themselves that are the most important factors.

It is the state of being you are in when you imagine your goals; that is the key factor in attracting your goals. Your excitement, passion, love, appreciation, joy, optimism or enthusiasm about the goal is the crucial factor. If you are not in any of these states when you are thinking about your goal, then you have not made the visualization attractive enough.

Action Steps 1. Think about one of your most important goals as already attracted to you. Write it down. Do this in your own pace, but preferably in one sitting. 2. Use 5 minutes and visualize what you have written down. Feel free to add, remove or change the details as the days go by to make the goal more compelling. 3. After you have visualized the goal. Let it go. Completely. Imagine a white light coming down into the top of your head and just absorbing everything. Letting it go and trusting the process is a very important step.
