Monika: So my dear, how was it to work with me one-on-one with the RTT's? Agenese: It was really beautiful because I was able to go deeper into myself and to learn how the past sometimes can influence your thoughts and choices for you. And thanks to you, blockages sometimes in many points of view. Monika: Yes, awesome. And how did the coaching in between the RTT sessions help you? Agenese: This was really important to keep me accountable and also to share my thoughts about what I was feeling. And in general, the coaching one-on-one is something that I think everyone needs to really put the effort in speaking about what you're feeling with another person. Even if talking about something is a really good start because sometimes we just keep things to ourselves and don't speak about them. And when you are with a good coach like you, you feel called to talk about things and to solve them. Monika: That's beautiful. So would you say that the mix between RTT and the 1-on-1 coaching was impactful, was it good enough? Agenese: Yes, it was good enough. Sometimes maybe you need more coaching sessions and no RTT or more RTT, this I think is personal. But in my case, it was really good for me to mix them to be able to talk about them in the coaching session. Monika: Very good, yes. So, you had 3 RTT sessions and you had 3 coaching sessions mixed, so each month you had one RTT and one coaching session in between. So the RTT helped you to clear blockages and the coaching sessions kept you accountable. Agenese: Yes, awesome. Monika: Is there anything else you wanna say about the whole RTT and coaching side of the program? Agenese: That it was my first time for an RTT, and at first I was really curious about it and I was really positive about the result. And then I was also even more shocked about how it worked for me and how I was able to know myself better thanks to that. When you go deeper into yourself, it's a new way of knowing yourself, you know. Monika: Yes, alright. Thank you so much, darling. Thank you. Agenese: I'm so grateful, thank you. Monika: Thank you.

Monika: Okay Laura when did you join the BLNC-D program? Laura: Well, I think it was back in November last year (2023), yes, and a few months ago... three months ago now. Monika: So the promise that I give to my clients is that I will be working with them one-on-one for free until they reach thier goal (in case we don't do that within a 90 days time frame after one time payment). Did you need that guarantee in order to work with me? Laura: Well, it's something that really helps to make the final decision, and that was something that put you in a position "that's okay, there's nothing to lose." This person is completely committed, so that really helps to make a final decision. Monika: Yeah, I love it. In the BLNC-D Program, you have access to a portal that is helping you go through steps. But I think the most important thing is that you have rapid transformational therapy sessions with me and also one-on-one coaching sessions. How do you feel they have benefited you? Laura: Well, I must admit that the RTT sessions have been absolutely a game changer for me! I mean, I was very open to them and I really trusted the process, and I knew that in some way they were going to work but it has exceeded all my expectations. Those RTT sessions were just amazing, like 2 hours just deep dive inside of yourself, inside of your heart, and they were completely revealing and relieving too. And honestly, I think it's a very good combination, the Portal + the RTT sessions and then the coaching, the one-on-one coaching sessions. I think it's very well structured and that we make the most out of the three things. Monika: Beautiful, amazing. So why would you recommend the BLNC-D program to a fellow woman? Laura: Us as women, we have so many limiting beliefs that we've been learning from our parents, grandparents, in school, I don't know, Disney, movies. And in my case, something clicked, and I really think I told you before Monika, when we weren't recording this, that a new me or my true me has born after having these three months with you, and I'm very grateful for it. Monika: Thank you so much, Laura! Laura: Thank you so much. Monika: If you would rate the balance program from 1 to 5 stars, what would you give it? Laura: 6! Monika: Haha, I love you. Laura: Haha, I love you too. Monika: Thank you so much! Laura: Thank you, thank you so much.

Hello, everybody! I'm Sophie Anderson, and I just finished my one-hour coaching session with Monika Lejman, and it was amazing. Monika is amazing, and I want to thank her so much. She asked me the right questions, and I answered as best as I could. For me, saying 'no' has been challenging, like it is for many of us. I don't want to upset people, and I have a lot of patience. However, it's become draining for me, especially living in two countries. I'm trying to be in both, but it's not sustainable in the long term. My 'yes' is that I will be better at being straightforward with people, telling them what I want, how I will do it, and where I will be. I need to focus 100% on where I am right here and right now. Currently, I'm constantly bombarded with questions about when I'll be in each country, and it's become overwhelming. Talking with Monika made me realize that I need to do something about it. She helped me to understand what's draining me. Now, I'm determined to be more straightforward with people, and I recently told them that I won't be back in two months. It's a small thing, but it felt so good, and it will be a big issue for me in the long term. I've been stressed about it, trying to swallow it, but talking to Monika brought everything to the surface. I'm so happy and grateful. Thank you so much, Monika! I hope to see you soon again, and I wish everybody a Merry Christmas, a Happy New Year, and a great 2024. Keep our thumbs up! Big hug, bye-bye!

Hi, everyone! My name is Bente, and I recently had a one-hour coaching session with Monika. I've known Monika from the Zumba world, and she's a very lovely person, easy to talk to. During the session, my focus was on being better at saying 'yes' to myself and 'no' to people who wanted my time and passion, not respecting my priorities. Monika and I did some role play where she asked me several times to show her how I would say 'no' when people asked for my time, whether for volunteer work or other things. Through this, I realized that the way I was saying 'no' always left an opening for them to keep pushing me to say 'yes.' I was probably being too polite and always leaving an option for me to give them a little bit of my time, even when I didn't want to. I've been through a challenging time with work and a divorce, and I've decided that I want to prioritize myself and the things that make me happy. I'm pretty much aware of what those things are; now, I just need to learn how to choose them and say 'no' to other things. This could be, for example, volunteer work, friends who want me to go out, or kids who want me to do their stuff instead of prioritizing myself. Monika provided me with tools on how to do this in a better way. It's always a balance, but with Monika, I feel like I've gained some tools on how to navigate this and be more true to myself — saying 'yes' to me and 'no' to others. I'm really happy with the results I gained from just one hour of talking with Monika. It's been a great experience, and I look forward to using the tools I've gained. Thank you, Monika!
